Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

No Refunds or Returns

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products or services.

  • This includes, but is not limited to: lash products, tools, adhesives, liquids, kits, digital products, and training materials.

  • Once an order has been placed and/or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Hygiene & Safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products. This policy is in place to protect all clients and maintain industry safety standards.

Shipping-Related Issues

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refund or replacement

Incorrect Orders or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or an item that is damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

Digital Products & Education

All digital products, downloads, courses, manuals, and educational materials are non-refundable due to immediate access upon purchase.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases

  • Evidence being submitted to the payment processor, including proof of delivery and policy agreement

Policy Agreement

By completing a purchase with Lash Plug Lyss, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
