Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During sales, product launches, or peak periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier and you will receive a confirmation email (including tracking, if selected).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the package has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped and scanned by the carrier:

Lash Plug Lyss is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be refunded

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees
International Shipping (if applicable)
